The graunched exhaust tube was removed as well as the mudguard. 
Again the original colours are coming to light, lots of spider webs and rust.
For a change I decided to strip something else, in this case the turret side ventilation louvres. 
The original batteries in their box. 
Inside the hull on either side of the two access hatches can be found the battery location points. 
A close up view of the various numbers and markings that are historically important. 
Once the batteries had been loosened from their tight housings it was nice to see the markings on the side of the battery. 
Another close up of finer details. 
Again for a change of pace the belly plates were removed. 
Looking up into the hull from below we can see the drive transfer box and the flexible coupling.
